Weekly rates for renting 129 Nerja are set out below. Shorter or longer stay rentals will be considered, dependent upon availability.

We require a 25% deposit to secure your booking to be paid within 7 days of making the reservation. Payment can be made by Pay Pal or bank transfer. The balance must be made no later than 6 weeks before arrival; plus a Security deposit of £200/€250 (refundable after departure).
Cancellation Policy
If the booking is cancelled within 14 days of your arrival the deposit is non-refundable unless a new booking can be secured within that time. Any Security Deposit paid will be refunded in full.
Changeover Day
The normal changeover day will be Saturday with entry from 3pm onwards and the villa to be vacated by 10am on day of departure. However, outside the main holiday months of July and August some flexibility will be considered.
129 Nerja will be prepared and ready for your arrival. Should you wish to have a mid-stay clean and/or a change of bedding, this will be available at the following rates:
